News and events Events Cooking on a Budget II Complimentary Course Community Cooking Class The 'Cooking on a Budget' is a free programme, aiming to encourage people to choose healthy and inexpensive options in cooking. We will teach you how to make savings on your weekly shop and how to use alternative ingredients to reduce the cost of a wholesome and varied diet. Beyond cooking To help you explore other options for watching the pennies, the programme accommodates short presentations from partner organisations, including SCARF, Pathways and workers of the SAFE Team at CFINE Programme details Cooking on a Budget is a 4 weeks course, running all year round. We encourage participants to attend all 4 classes within the course to gain essential cooking skills, but if you can't make it to a class or you can only join later, you are still welcome to come along to the rest.
