Plant Based Cooking Class - Estilo Mexicano

Join us for a spicy Mexican evening, filled with delicious tacos and guacamole, flushed with refreshing (virgin) margaritas. The class is held by Nikki, the owner and chef of The Liberty Kitchen, Aberdeen's premiere pop-up cafe. Our Cook at the 'Nook training kitchen will accommodate the event. 

All the profit we make will be reinvested into our work in the community.

- Pulled Jackfruit Tacos

- Sweet Potato, Black Bean and Red Pepper Tacos

- Guacamole

- Mango and Chilli Salsa 

Virgin* Margaritas 

*: The event is BYOB. We are not providing any alcoholic ingredients for the margaritas. If you'd like to add alcohol to the margaritas, please bring your own.
