Healthy Eating - Healthy Weight Loss

Join the 4-class slimming course where you can learn to eat more healthily and lose weight by making good food choices and adding basic exercises into your life. During the course, a nutrition student will attend the classes to provide you with useful hints, tips and support on healthy eating. At the end of the 4-weeks' course, you will have a chance to share your successes and difficulties, as well as to ask for recommendations on how you can maintain a wholesome diet long term. 

Last year's course was a great success, bringing long-lasting results to the participants by adopting healthy changes in their lifestyle.

4-weeks' course, taking place on the following Fridays between 9:00am-12:00pm:

- 31th January
