Plant Based Cooking Class 

This year's 3 course, vegan-friendly cooking class will help you prepare a delicious and fully plant-based Christmas dinner. The class is held by Nikki, the owner of the Liberty Kitchen, Aberdeen's premier pop-up cafe. Get your ticket below and impress your friends and family with a lovely festive menu! 

What's on the menu:

Starter - Smoked Carrots (smoked salmon style) with Fresh Crusty Bread and Salad 

Main - Vegan Christmas Pastry Wreath with Butternut Squash, Tofu, Spinach and Pine Nuts, Maple and Rosemary Carrots 

Dessert  - Baked Spiced Apple Crisps
