Green broad beans, you can cut the whole vegetables not only the beans themselves, at least this is how we cook them in Syria.

in a pan, use olive oil with finely cut garlic(you may crush them, it can give the dish stronger flavour) i personally prefer it sliced.
once the garlic is lightly cooked add the washed cut beans with favourite spices, including salt, red pepper and green coriander, i grinded some dry coriander seeds, tasted delicious.
PS: Coriander is essential in this recipe.

Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for about ten minutes, then the dish is ready.

It can be served with rice, it is amazing on its own. I like pickles with it.
