Inclusion Manager (Volunteering & Employability)

Salary: £25,846 – £28,536

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 36.25

Location: CFINE, 2-4 Poynernook Road, Aberdeen AB11 5RW.

Responsible to: Development Manager

Responsible for: Volunteer Development Coordinator, HOPE Coordinator, Employability Coordinator and part responsible for other colleagues plus c300 volunteers annually.

Role Purpose:

The role will have responsibility for the leadership and development of CFINE’s ‘Strengthening Inclusion - a Beneficiaries, Volunteers and Employability Plan’

The Plan will be sent out upon request for an application form.
