Parcels can be ordered Monday to Friday between 8 am-4 pm. What’s in an emergency parcel? Ambient goods and non-chilled items, such as pasta, pasta sauces, tins, rice; Sanitary products (on request); Toiletries (on request). *Support workers, voluntary groups and other charities are also welcomed to get in touch with us to request food for their beneficiaries. Aberdeen City Council Emergency Helpline Aberdeen City Council has launched a free emergency telephone helpline to prioritise support to the most vulnerable and at-risk individuals and families during the coronavirus outbreak. The free telephone number 0800 0304 713 will be staffed from 8am-6pm Monday to Friday.
