Referrals

Employability

We refer beneficiaries to Pathways, which offers one-to-one support to help people find the job they want. Their Keyworkers help people in all aspects of the job search: building confidence, develop a plan to reach their job goal, develop or update the CV, complete application forms, prepare for interviews, access funds to remove barriers to work e.g. training or equipment. Pathways run a drop-in session at our Aberdeen office every Thursday 10am - 12pm.

Energy/Heating Advice

We refer beneficiaries to energy/heating social enterprise Scarf (Save Cash and Reduce Fuel). Scarf aim to make a practical difference to people living in fuel poverty and that purpose remains at their core as they deliver a range of quality services focusing on:

  • fuel poverty
  • energy efficiency
  • sustainable living
  • carbon reduction
